They are thorough, discrete, compassionate and professional. They made me feel like I mattered. They treated my situation personally and conformed my care accordingly. I would recommend washington surgi-clinic

Even on the phone the staff were professional and nonjudgmental. They made me feel comfortable and safe. They didn’t mind answering questions. They were excellent with explaining to me what was going to happen. The staff seem to care about you and truly are great. I’ve seen comments the waiting room was crowded and the one bathroom...I’ll say this yes the waiting room is small; in fact the office area is small. But I also know that when I got there I never waited long to be called or really waiting an unreasonable amount of time at all. The doctor makes you feel comfortable and the nurses are also in the room supporting you letting you hold onto them if you need to. I cried during my ultrasound and apologized for being that person and the woman performing the ultrasound could not have been more kind and seemed genuine. They don’t judge you, they show true empathy and actually talk to you. They made an extremely hard decision easier on me simply bc I didn’t feel judged and I felt safe and informed.
